For independent nail salon owners and managers

A clearer path from finding your salon to booking

Customers should know which salon, which service and how to book. We help you improve one part of that journey on the website and booking system you use.

Who this work fits

  • You accept appointments, have a booking link or system, and have room to serve more clients at particular times.
  • You or your manager can approve changes and arrange access to the website and booking settings.
  • You can review aggregate completed, canceled and missed appointments, or are willing to record them for a small test.

A salon with fully booked staff may need capacity or scheduling work first. A walk-in business may need clear hours, directions and wait information. We clarify that before recommending online booking or more advertising.

Recognize one of these problems?

  • Customers find the salon but cannot find the right booking link.
  • Services, prices, location or available time are unclear on a phone.
  • The salon wants to fill specific quiet periods and needs to separate clicks from appointments actually served.

What a scoped project can include

  1. An agreed path to inspect: for example, mobile service page to the correct booking screen for one location.
  2. A written list of observed issues and the chosen changes, including anything the booking provider must handle.
  3. The agreed page, link or integration changes, checked on phone and desktop before handover.
  4. A short owner guide and a baseline/after comparison when your operating records support it.

A new POS, payment onboarding, advertising budget, photography and ongoing content are separate work unless explicitly included. Your existing provider may limit what can be changed.

What we check and what we can learn

  • Delivery: the agreed booking path works, points to the correct location, and passes the recorded mobile checks.
  • Business observation: completed appointments in the time periods we selected, plus cancellations and missed appointments where available.
  • Interpretation: we record schedule, staffing, promotions and seasonality that could affect the comparison. A small before/after test does not establish that a website change caused growth.

Agree on scope before price

We first confirm the buyer, the problem, access and a practical delivery boundary. The written quote identifies deliverables, responsibilities, outside costs, timing and acceptance checks. Additional work requires agreement. No purchase or $19 report is required to submit a project request.

You keep ownership of your accounts, domain and business data. Access and ongoing maintenance responsibilities are agreed before work begins. A new system is considered only when the existing one cannot support the agreed work.

Ongoing work should earn its place

A recurring service is considered after we identify recurring work: updates, technical care, local information or a specific content need. We define the tasks, reporting period and review point before you commit. We do not promise bookings, sales or search rankings.

Start with one business and one practical problem

What to bring to the first conversation

Bring your public website and booking link, the quiet periods you want to address, and any aggregate appointment counts you have. Unknown counts are acceptable; do not send customer names or account passwords.
