Check your salon’s booking path

Use your phone and your own website or booking link. One check at a time. You decide what you actually observed.

Your answers stay in this page until you leave or restart. No site scan, account access or answer submission takes place. Copied notes are yours to share if you choose.

The interactive checklist needs JavaScript. You can use the seven checks below without it.

The seven checks, ready to use manually
  1. Can a customer identify the correct location and current hours?

On a phone, compare your public website with your Business Profile. Check location, hours and the phone number. This checklist does not access or verify either account.

  2. Can a customer choose the right service?

Read the service names, duration where relevant, prices or starting-price conditions. Can a first-time customer tell what they are booking?

  3. Does the booking button reach the correct booking page?

Tap the main booking button on a phone. Check that it opens, points to the correct salon/location and makes the next step clear. Do not enter payment information.

  4. Can a customer see relevant available appointments?

Without completing a booking, look for a service and a time the salon can actually serve. If availability is phone-only, check that the phone route is explained clearly.

  5. Are important booking conditions clear before committing?

Check deposits, cancellation/rescheduling conditions and any important service restrictions that apply. Use Not applicable only when the check truly does not apply.

  6. Does the customer know the booking is confirmed and how to change it?

Review a confirmation you are authorized to see or an approved test from your provider. Do not create a real reservation, charge or message just for this checklist. If you cannot check safely, choose Not checked.

  7. Can you distinguish completed appointments from clicks and cancellations?

Review aggregate reports in your own system, or a simple count you keep. A click on Book is not a completed appointment. Do not upload customer records here.
