Agree on useful work, scope and price
Start with one business, one customer path and one problem that is worth fixing. The free assessment and project request are both available without a purchase.
1. Confirm who the work serves
We identify the buying decision maker, the end customer and the constraint. If staffing, stock or delivery capacity is the main problem, a larger website or more advertising may not be the right first purchase.
2. Agree on a small, checkable scope
The quote states which pages or integrations change, what is delivered, what remains outside scope, who supplies content/access and how you will accept the work. A third-party limitation is recorded before implementation.
3. Know what the price includes
Implementation is quoted after scope review. Cost depends on the chosen path, access, content, integrations, testing and handover. The written quote separates our fee from hosting, subscriptions, processing fees and advertising spend; it states any applicable tax and payment schedule before approval. Changes require agreement.
4. Check the delivery and the business observation
Delivery checks can verify that the right location opens, a mobile path works or a request reaches the correct destination. Business observations use your actual completed appointments, fulfilled orders or qualified inquiries, with a defined period and source. Unknown baselines stay unknown. Website clicks alone do not prove sales; a small before/after comparison does not establish causality.
5. Continue when there is a useful recurring job
Ongoing care, local content or marketing needs a named task, a review period and a reason to continue. We can start with a single implementation rather than assuming a monthly retainer. You keep your accounts, domain and business data.
Optional $19 Business Direction Report
The pilot is being prepared. If offered after scope approval, the one-time report is reviewed by a consultant and delivered privately within 5 business days after payment. It is separate from implementation, and hiring USAWebDesign afterward is optional.
