Business Direction Report pilot
The optional consultant-reviewed report pilot is being prepared; report sales are currently closed. The following terms apply when a scope is approved and a purchase is enabled.
USD 19 once before applicable checkout tax. Delivery within 5 business days after payment, for the scope agreed before purchase. Full refund if USAWebDesign cannot deliver the report within that scope and time. Contact USAWebDesign to request clarification or corrections within 7 days after receiving the report. Hiring us for later work is optional. Business days are Monday–Friday; any holiday accommodation must be agreed before purchase.
Website and marketing projects
The written agreement for each project states the scope, price, payment schedule, acceptance checks and cancellation or refund terms before approval. A free inquiry or assessment creates no obligation to purchase. Contact us before paying if any term is unclear.

Với dự án website và marketing, thỏa thuận bằng văn bản nêu phạm vi, giá, lịch thanh toán, nghiệm thu và điều kiện hủy hoặc hoàn tiền trước khi duyệt. Gửi yêu cầu hoặc khảo sát miễn phí không tạo nghĩa vụ mua.
