What you receive
- The pages and features listed in your written scope: for example services, menu, location and contact.
- A responsive WordPress build or agreed changes to your existing supported website.
- Working agreed links and forms, checked on phone and desktop before handover.
- Owner access, a short editing guide and the maintenance responsibilities agreed before work starts.
What to send first
- Your business type, current website if any, and the main thing customers should do.
- Approved service/menu/product information, logo and images you have permission to use.
- Any existing domain, booking, ordering or store provider; do not send passwords in the form.
Scope and costs
We review your request before quoting. You know which pages, features or content will be delivered, when, and at what price before deciding. Sending a request does not require payment or a $19 report.
Domain, hosting, paid themes/apps, photography, store migration and ongoing updates are included only when the quote says so.
You keep ownership of your domain, accounts and business data. Access is arranged after we agree on the work; do not send passwords or private customer records in the form.
How we check the work
We check the agreed pages and actions. A working website does not guarantee sales; actual inquiries and completed orders require your business records.
